Showcasing cutting-edge research projects, major European collaborations, e-infrastructures and technologies to support open science and education, the Eastern Partnership E-Infrastructures Conference (EaPEC) has plenty to offer.
The event series serves as a platform for collaboration on policy and research and supports community building in e-infrastructures between the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region and EU member states.
Organised by the EU-funded EaPConnect project, this two-day conference focuses on e-infrastructures for open science in Europe. Speakers lead interactive discussions and foster the exchange of ideas in areas such as physics and seismology, biomedical sciences, robotics, HPC and data analytics, climate and ecology.

The 3rd Eastern Partnership E-Infrastructure Conference (EaPEC 2018) aims to serve as a platform for collaboration on policy and research and supports community building in e-Infrastructures between the Eastern Partnership region and the EU member states.
This two-day conference will focus on e-Infrastructures for Open Science in Europe. Speakers will lead interactive discussions about Open Science and foster the exchange of ideas in research areas such as physics and seismology, biomedical sciences, robotics, HPC and data analytics, climate and ecology.
Enlighten Your Research (EYR), the internationally renowned program to encourage collaboration between researchers using specialised IT and network services, will have its award ceremony for its regional EYR @ EAP programme in a dedicated session.
EaPEC 2018 is organised by the EU-funded project EaPConnect and welcomes policy makers, research managers and experts on networking and high-performance computing for research and education from EaP countries and all over the world.
The conference will be hosted by RENAM, the Research and Education Networking Association of Moldova, a beneficiary partner of the EaPConnect project
